HYL Architecture provided design services consisting of multi-tenant elevator lobbies and lobbies in conjunction with two pre-built suites located at Boston Properties new trophy office building. Neutral finishes were selected to appeal to a wide range of potential tenants. HYL Architecture strategically integrated certain design elements to create a space that felt more high end than the budget would have dictated. The project was complete on time and under budget with both suites being leased shortly after construction was completed.
