HYL Architecture is always looking for dynamic, highly creative and collaborative individuals to join our team in Washington D.C. We practice a holistic approach to architecture and are looking for team members with skills in conceptual design, management, client relations, construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Applicants who are highly experienced will be expected to mentor and foster younger staff. Younger candidates will be provided with hands on training by senior staff on projects which will allow them to build skill sets beyond their peers with similar years of experience. We foster a collaborative, energized, and creative culture and environment. Our team members are involved in multiple activities in the A&D and real estate community and a strong work life balance is encouraged.
