Capitol Tax Partners, a government relations firm specializing in tax lobbying, was seeking a refresh of their current office space focusing on their brand and updating client-facing spaces. With a modest budget, HYL was able to make significant upgrades throughout the phased renovation in place.

With these upgrades, careful attention was paid to the reception and meeting spaces for guests and firm events, while updating the remainder of the office space with fresh paint and carpet. A large pantry was created to accommodate daily needs as well as catering functions to serve the updated conference suite. The all-glass front large conference room allows for a direct view to the Capitol Building and opens a formerly dark corridor to a prized view. With this re-branding of the space, customized artwork and graphics incorporate the Capitol Building along with other notable Washington, DC monuments and locations.
