HYL was tasked to execute five spec suites along with two multi-tenant elevator lobbies and conferencing center in this class “A” building. The design team was faced with the challenge of a deep floorplate and “unusable” space on the interior. With the build-out of the interior conferencing center and shared lobby, each suite was able to utilize the perimeter and maximize natural daylight.
