The design of law firm White & Case’s DC office floor expansion of 34,000 RSF provides amenities that bring attorneys and legal professionals to the expansion floor, even though it is not contiguous with the other office floors. Because an increased effort would need to be made for staff to visit the expansion floor, HYL conducted a robust programming phase that included numerous interviews with key personnel and a web-based survey to learn more about the culture of the DC office.
