HYL was tasked with developing and implementing a common tenant amenity space to best utilize the most under leased portion of the floorplate. The result is a two-story conference center amenity hub and six surrounding spec suites. HYL’s design team embraced the challenging space and sought to further transform the floorplate by creating a double height multipurpose room. In order to connect the two levels of the conference center amenity hub, the design team inserted a interconnecting stair.
