A 23,000 SF relocation project in Reston, VA, Finnegan’s DC office is a study in space optimization and focused design. Part of a firmwide effort to use space more efficiently, the Reston office sought to economize their workspace within a smaller footprint during their move to a new building. Finnegan was pleased with the look and feel of their previous space, and HYL worked to translate the character of the existing to the new building. All while updating the detailing, technology and materials for the modern era.
