The design of HYL Architecture's new office is forward thinking and flexible. A model for equality, any person can choose any space in the office, building upon the flexible schedules and remote work policies HYL has supported since opening in 2014. The office includes numerous choices for work including focus rooms, huddle rooms, a work lounge, and a quiet lounge designed to feel like a private roof terrace including biophilia. Overall, this high performing office is a shift from individually assigned space to numerous amenities resulting in a dynamic, destination workplace.

HYL revamped technology to seamlessly include remote team members in presentations. The highly mobile workplace allows the team to move to different spaces throughout the day and collaborate in both open and
enclosed spaces. A VR lab, expanded library collaboration space, and flexible presentation room are part of the technology experience. The presentation room opens up to the coffee bar and doubles as event space for social gatherings.
