A highly anticipated relocation of Nossaman’s 19,300 RSF Washington, DC office set the new standard for the firm nationwide. HYL focused the modest budget to the center of the plan in the reception area and pantry to act as the hub of the office and accommodate ample after hours events. A generous reception area acts as a breakout space for the varying sizes of state-of-the-art conference rooms. Wood plank walls warm the public areas and provide a feature for a custom banquette in the reception area. The use of clear glass on perimeter offices opens up the space to the wide avenues, showcasing the prime real estate and allowing light to filter into the entire floorplate.
