HYL designed an inspiring, mission-oriented space to facilitate the Urban Institute’s research, benefiting the conversation on the nation’s most pressing social issues in our cities. The Urban Institute, a think tank populated by leading researchers, moved from their former office of nearly 30 years, into a light-filled modern headquarters with views to Washington, DC’s newly established waterfront development, The Wharf.
